Bill, a verteran of the United States Air Force, holds multiple master degrees in engineering from the Missiissippi State.  After dedicating 35 years to engineering, he now one of the driving forces behind making QISP.com the leader in regulatory compliance and education..

Wes has been an educator in the Storm Water Industry for over a decade.  His common sense approach to educating and his attention to detail makes him one of the best in the business, boasting a pass rate of 98% of all his students.
